In accordance with MPF regulations, we assist eligible clients in completing withdrawal procedures under the following circumstances:
Early retirement: After age 60, you decide not to be employed or self-employed.
Permanent departure: You plan to leave Hong Kong to live elsewhere
and do not intend to return to Hong Kong for work or residence on a permanent basis.
Special circumstances: Total incapacity or terminal illness
(medical certification required)
Terminal illness: A condition expected to reduce life expectancy to
12 months or less.
Small balance: Account balance not exceeding HK$5,000
and no contributions for an extended period.
Death: In the event of a member’s passing,
the estate executor or administrator.
